To National Sections.
Dear Friends,
Lida Gustava Heymann, passing through Innsbruck the other day, was good enough to get into personal touch with the Press, the University and the Provincial authorities and to obtain information concerning [accommodation] there.
She has made arrangements for our meetings to be held at the House of Representatives, and for two public meetings.
Rooms are available in the following hotels:
% Hotel Tirol; room 8 Austrian shillings -- about 6 Swiss frs. -- a day. (one meal a day to be taken in the hotel).
% Hotel Kried; room 6 Austrian shillings -- about 4.50 Sw frs. -- a day. (all meals to be taken in the hotel.)
% Hotel Union; room 4-6 Austrian shillings.
Frau Heyman has kindly engaged rooms from the 9th July for those of us for whom she felt [authorized] to do so. Will all the others please tell me at once in which of the above hotels and for what date they desire rooms. July is the height of the season at Innsbruck and later we may be unable to obtain rooms.
The Wayfarers' Travel Agency, 33 Gordon Square, London, W.C.1. has kindly offered to give information with regard to railway fares and special opportunities for [traveling] at reduced prices.
You will receive the Agenda of the Executive Meeting within a few days.
Sincerely yours,
% Accounts must be settled personally with the hotels.
