HULL'S COVE
MAINE

Dear Mrs. Lovett

I do wish you could come up to see us. It would be too wonderful if you would bring Nancy Jane and our conditions do seem pretty good for the young. The [milk?] has agreed with our children and there is abundant space for exercise and very good air. [page 2] We long to welcome you both and, of course, if you could come without your child and would not come with her we'd not turn you away.

Eleanor Smith sends her love and urgent hopes of your coming.

With love to you and Nancy Jane

I am

Yours always

Mary Smith
