Hon. Secretary, H. RUNHAM BROWN,
ABBEY ROAD,
ENFIELD, MIDDLESEX

England, 4th June, 1925.

Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago,
U.S.A.

Dear Miss Addams,

I enclose a copy of an International Manifesto, calling for the universal abolition of conscription. We hope to publish this after it has been signed by a number of eminent people in the various countries -- representative of art, literature, politics, etc. I enclose a list of those who have already signed it and I should be very much obliged if you would add your signature.

Yours very truly

H Runham Brown [signed]

P.S. I enclose some copies of our BULLETIN, which I think you will be interested in. We are now linked up with the Groups in [19?] different countries. We are particularly anxious to get into touch with South American Groups. If you could put me into touch with any people there who would be likely to be sympathetic with our position, I should be very much obliged.
