Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago, Ill.

Dear Miss Addams,

I thank you very much for notifying me of the reason for the reduction in the remittance from the Chicago bank to us this month. It is quite natural that it should be reduced by the amount paid directly to us by American Associate Members.

We have sent to Miss Surles every month a list of the members who have paid directly to us. As soon as Madame Tunas returns from her holiday she can make a copy of these lists for you. Just now we are very busy getting out the Minutes and other documents connected with the last meeting of the Committee against Scientific Warfare, and also with the preparations for the Executive meeting. The helper sent by the British Section to replace Madame Tunas is a charming young girl with very little experience, and I have not the time to do the job with her.

In future, if you desire it, we can make out every month an account of what we receive directly in Associate membership fees.

Congratulating you sincerely on the splendid program and the good publicity of your Annual Meeting, I am

Very sincerely yours,
Vilma Glücklich [signed]
