My dear Mrs. Hull

Mde. Ramondt sent the [enclosed] and I did not present it to the Convention because I have had barely time to open my accumulated letters before the convention began! You see my conscience is bad so I am sending it on to you.

Thank you so much for the many boxes of candy which the entire household has been munching on since you left. We miss you all very much.
