My dear Lady:

I have read with keen interest your book which you so kindly had sent me. Thank you so much for it. It is going the rounds of the family to their profit and enlightenment. [page 2]

I like it very much. Florence Converse is to a write a review of it  for our church paper and it is to be put onto the parish Library which will ensure it getting into the hands of people who need it. [page 3]

It was very nice to get a glimpse of you. I was sorry I had not urged more your coming to the Settlements meeting here. It would have delighted all our delegates so much to have you.

I have a card from [page 4] Mary O' Sullivan saying she is ill. I am so sorry -- but she is improving.

With love ever

Yours faithfully

Helena S. Dudley.
