My dear Mrs Blaine: --

I am enclosing a copy of the information about the halls supplied by Mr. Burchard. The rent would add $3000 to the $4000 estimated by the New York people. I suppose we ought to soberly count on $10,000 for <a> two weeks exhibit. Of course that is very little compared to the $70,000 originally spent in getting the material together. I am sure we could arrange for a number of conferences with very little additional expense. My enthusiasm is rather rising to the matter of bringing it here. Could you come to a little meeting in regard to it on Monday afternoon at the Chicago Womans Club if I could get some other people together then?

Sincerely yours,
 Jane Addams [signed]
