Since June 1920, an English monthly "Reconstruction" has appeared in Vienna. The paper is helped by Britishers and Americans, interested in the reconstruction of Eastern and Central Europe. We are now about to publish "Reconstruction" fortnightly so that there will be 24 issues annually instead of twelve as hithertofore. The aim of this paper is to give authentic and exact information concerning the political, economical and cultural conditions in Central and Eastern Europe.
As we have been sending "Reconstruction" to you for some time, we take it that you are rightly informed as to the tendencies of this paper. We hope therefore that you will see your way of subscribing to it. In this case will you kindly send us your subscription for one year of two dollars or 8 shillings, either in notes, postal order or [check] which should then be made out in dollars or shillings, not in Austrian kronen.
We have started a special "Gratis Information Service" which you can dispose of at will, even with regard to the remotest questions concerning Central Europe. All inquiries will be answered with the least possible delay.
