Municipal Museum,
Chicago, Ill.

Gentlemen:--

I desire to give some lectures on Municipal Betterment, especially <on> Parks, Baths, Transportation Facilities, and matter concerning Hygiene and Sanitation generally.  I have been referred by the Massachusetts Civic League to you for material concerning Chicago. Have you a price list of publications which I can secure? If not, could you suggest to me how I might secure the information I desire for Chicago?

I should like very much to illustrate a lecture on your new parks as planned by your Mr. Olmsted, and ask if you have Lantern Slides which I could either purchase or rent.

I remain,

Very truly yours,

Edw. D. Jones [signed]
