Dear Lady:

You are awfully good to invite me to stay at the Settlement so often. I am planning to arrive in New York on the tenth or the eleventh.

Mr. Lynch's dinner for the American Branch of the Central Organization for a Durable Peace is on Friday evening, the eleventh. We are planning an all-day meeting of the Board of the Woman's Peace Party on Saturday and on Sunday I speak at Mr. Moskowitz's invitation at the National Conference on Tuberculosis.

It seems almost like an imposition to have to be imported back and forth so many times, but you know that I always love to be at Henry Street and that I much prefer your unending hospitality ↑to anyone's else!↓

Mary feels she cannot get away now but joins with me in sending all good wishes for the New Year.

I will write you later the exact train and time of my arrival.

Always devotedly yours,

Jane Addams [signed]
