My dear Miss Abbott

I think the scheme of uniting our [Neu.] Conference with the General Peace Conference is fine, and it would doubtless amount to much more that way.

I am [enclosing] a letter from Mrs Mead, as showing the possible difficulties in that path. I think it [page 2] would be fine to begin to get the [paper?], and we could have it on a small scale if necessary.

Will you ask Miss Breckinridge what she thinks of a Com. meeting of our Conf. in Oct. in Boston.
