THE WOMAN'S PEACE PARTY
NATIONAL OFFICE
ROOM 500, 116 S. MICHIGAN AVE.
CHICAGO
September
Twenty-eighth
1916
My dear Miss Addams:
Miss Mary C. Judd of Minneapolis has resigned her position as State [Chairman] for Minnesota and has suggested, as her successor, Miss Hope McDonald, who is now President of the Minneapolis Branch of the Woman's Peace Party.
As there is not in Minnesota a sufficiently developed state organization to admit of the election of a State [Chairman], as our new Constitution permits, may I inform Miss McDonald of her appointment? She is strongly identified with the Peace Movement in her state and I am sure will be the best possible person for this office.
Sincerely yours,
Harriet P. Thomas [signed]
Miss Jane Addams,
Bar Harbor, Maine.
