"The Starr Centre" work is really getting on very purposely, but we need more workers & I thought it was just possible you might know of some one who would grasp the idea herein outlined and be willing to undertake it for us.  We want to have someone whose heart would be in the work of course and who would bring practical good sense to bear on the situation.  He would find strong backing in the gentlemen of our Board. [page 2] They are really excellent.

The college Settlement seems to be flourishing also and finds Christian St. a better location for their kind of work.
