My dear Mrs. James:

Your letter to Miss Addams has been referred to me for an answer. She was much interested in the plan of presenting the material you have collected and hopes that the Chicago branch of the Woman’s Peace Party may be able to arrange for a lecture by you. She has asked me to see you and go over some of the material with you. I shall be very glad to meet you either at this office or at your hotel any evening after school hour. Please let me know at your earliest convenience when this meeting can take place as I am forced to arrange my time very carefully.

You have probably read in the paper of Miss Addams’ serious illness. She is still in the hospital, but slowly improving.

Sincerely yours,

Executive Secretary.

Mrs. Emma W. James,
Auditorium Hotel,
Chicago, Illinois.
