My dear Mrs. Gallery:
In reply to your letter to Miss Addams enclosing the manuscript, I would say that the Peace Party publishes nothing [except] pamphlets and as we have no official organ, it would be wholly impossible for us to use your article.
If you would permit a criticism I might say that real patriotism is never a vice, but there is often a mistaken sense of patriotism.
