My dear Mrs. Vincent:
Your letter of November the 24th with its enclosure has just been sent to this office. Where it has been delayed all this time I cannot say, but I judge it has been at Hull-House during Miss Addams' illness.
The opportunity for use, as you intended, has passed, but I am sure that you will find that your contribution will have its place in the peace movement. I am returning it to you and am sorry that it has been delayed so long.
Sincerely yours,
Assistant Secretary.
Mrs. Eliza Vincent,
