My dear Miss [Addams]:
We have several times hoped that our wishes would be realized for a "Director in charge" of the Starr Centre, but the men whom we have had especially in mind have preferred business or other University Positions.
I wanted to write you again in order that you might understand that we are still seeking for someone.
Thanking you for your interest, I am,
<The work has progressed delightfully.>
