As chairman and secretary, respectively, of the committee having in charge the holding of a memorial meeting in honor of the late Henry D. Lloyd, we have been directed to invite you to be present and address this meeting, to be held in the Auditorium on Sunday, the 22nd ↑8th or 15th↓ of next November, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
It is the special desire of the family and friends of Mr. Lloyd that you should be present, because of the identity of your aims and work with his.
The next meeting of the committee will be held on the 14th instant.
Will you kindly answer this letter promptly, so that we can report to the committee on that date? We earnestly urge you to accept the invitation.
