My dear Miss Addams:
I am just enclosing copy of letter I have written to Mrs. Schoff the President of the National Congress of Mothers, who is on the Board of Directors of our International Juvenile Court Association. It speaks for itself.
We shall, no doubt, have a meeting in May, or perhaps at the meeting of the National Conference of Charities and Corrections at St. Louis, when I hope something may be done in connection with our association.
I thought the enclosed copy of letter from Mrs. Schoff and my answer might be of interest in regard to the affairs of the association.
