Dear Madam,
I am much interested in the proposed Congress at Madrid and hope that it may prove a great stimulus to women everywhere. I wish that many of the members of this League might have the great advantage of attending it.
If consistent with the plans for the Congress to do so would you not send an invitation to each of our National Sections to be represented at Madrid by a fraternal delegate? I enclose a list of the necessary addresses in the hope that you may do so.
