Eleanor Daggett Karsten to Sophonisba P. Breckinridge, April 4, 1918

April 4th
Miss S. P. Breckinridge,
2559 S. Michigan Avenue,
Chicago, Illinois.

My dear Miss Breckinridge:

I am enclosing a check received this morning from Miss Addams for five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the International office at Amsterdam from Mrs. Johnson. I know it will give you great pleasure to be able to send this to Dr. Jacobs.

I am also enclosing a letter and card which Miss Addams asked me to show to you. Miss Addams wrote from Salt Lake City, where she spoke on Monday of this week. She is now with Miss Smith in [Del Monte] and goes to Riverside on Saturday to spend Sunday before she starts on her lecture trip in the South.

Very sincerely yours,

Executive Secretary.
