I have just received a night letter from Mr. Costigan reading as follows:
"Colorado ladies desire only one speaker to do campaign work in the State having her work in conjunction with other lady speakers whom we have here arranging meeting for Thursday, Oct. 31st, for Jane Addams only".
Will you please advise me if you understand the meeting is to be held on Oct. 31st?
