Miss Addams has not yet returned from Washington, but I am expecting her [today] or tomorrow. I will then ask her whether or not she feels strong enough to speak in St. Paul. I know that she will come if she is able, but, of course, you appreciate the fact that she is having to take more care of herself than she has in the past.
