Dear Miss Addams,

Dr. Helen Wilson is very anxious to meet you if possible during your stay in London, and I was informed [today] at the office of the British Committee that it would be best to write to you there.

Dr. Wilson will be in town until Wednesday afternoon or if necessary could arrange to stay until Thursday morning, and would come at any time convenient to you.

Dr. Wilson would have written personally and intended to do so and only sent me to make [inquiries], but as time is so short I thought it better to write a preliminary letter asking for an appointment without waiting until I see her again tomorrow.

Yours faithfully,

Alison Neilans [signed]
Assist. Sec.
