Miss Addams has requested me to ask you whether it will suit you better to have the Executive Council meeting in New York on Friday, March 12th, or in Washington on Sunday, March 14th.

Please reply at once to her at Hotel Belmont, 42 St., New York City.

I am enclosing the minutes of the last Executive Council meeting, and the announcement of the production of the Trojan Women, about which we are feeling very happy.
