February 9, 1914.

My dear Mrs. Blaine,

May I introduce to you the bearer, Mrs. Estill, wife of the Commissioner of the Salvation Army. They have recently opened a Working Girls' Home in the old Union League Club Building on Walton Place, and I am trying to interest some north-side people in the project. I am sure if you have time to talk to Mrs. Estill you will be interested in the plans. It seems to me both very well arranged and admirably cared for.

Very sincerely yours,

Jane Addams [signed]

Mrs. Emmons Blaine,
Chicago.
