Poor old Hull-House has to be taken care of even in the midst of the larger interests, [although] I do hate to bother you for money for it, when you are so overwhelmed.
We have come to count upon your five hundred dollars each year for the shops, perhaps quite without warrent, but if you feel as if you could send it this year, I should be even more grateful than usual.
