My dear Miss Addams:

We have received four installments of your series of six articles, and I consider them unusually interesting. Now that we have the copy and your outline for the series, it will be possible to show prospective buyers just what we can give them. It is our plan to put the matter into attractive proof form, and use it in making sales.

The release date for the first article has not yet been determined. We wish to carry our selling operations as far as possible before starting the series, so we may wait possibly until the middle of the month before giving out the first of the articles. I am now planning to make a trip through the eastern cities with a view to handling the business arrangements through personal calls on the various publishers.

Yours very sincerely,

Virgil V. McNitt [signed]
