Social workers had much to do in persuading A. A. McCormick to stand run for Pres. County Board. We are now much disturbed lest a county ticket of the Progressive <party> shall result in Bartzen's re election. Is it not the [illegible] of County & National affairs a good reform measure. Could not Progressive party [illegible] <stand for> McCormick.
