The German section of the W.I.L.P.F. applied to Executive, or Secretariat of the W.I.L.P.F.:

Occasionally the one on June 4th this year. taking place

Meeting of the League of Nations Council

1. To immediately lodge an urgent protest with the League of Nations Council against the invasion of Japanese and possibly other war troops in China and the occupation of parts of Chinese territory

2. To request the Council of the League of Nations to take precautions so that no member of the League of Nations intervenes by force of arms in the internal affairs of another member state of the League of Nations, i.e. at the present moment China, or under any pretext exercises ownership or usage rights over parts of the territory of the same.

3. To request the League of Nations Council to ensure that all members of the League of Nations assert any conflicts with or claims against China before the International Court of Justice and submit to its decision.

Furthermore, the German section of the W.I.L.P.F. requests: the secretariat of the W.I.L.P.F. May copies of these Council proposals be sent to all governments of the members of the League of Nations in June.
