It occurs to me that you as Vice-Chairman of the National Council for Prevention of War may be interested in an experience that we have had with Mr. Frederick J. Libby who addressed the pupils of our local high school. The local D.A.R. passed a resolution voicing strong disapproval to which I replied in a letter a copy of which I am enclosing to you. If you have time to read it I shall be very grateful to know your reaction and your opinion as to the best way of handling these obstructionists.
