Enclosed please find the minutes of the Officers' Meeting held in Geneva on May 24th, 25th and 26th. As you know the officers meet to consider the many problems arising and to make recommendations, and the following minutes are merely the recommendations which the officers place before the Executive to endorse if they approve.
Trusting you will give these matters your immediate attention and be ready to express your opinion concerning them at the next Executive Committee meeting in September.
