WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM
Florence G. Taussig, Treasurer of the United States Section of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom, is hereby nominated, constituted, and appointed true and lawful attorney for WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM (hereinafter called "League"), for said League, and in its name, place, and stead to ask, demand, sue for, and recover and receive, any and all demands and sums of money and demands whatsoever, as legatee, or otherwise, under the last Will A and Testament of AMANDA F. LAUTERBACH, deceased, and for, and on behalf of said League, to make, give and execute acquittances, receipts, releases, and other discharges for the same; and, to settle and adjust all claims and demands, which said League may have, as legatee, or otherwise, under the said last Will and Testament of said Amanda F. Lauterbach, deceased, with full power to make any and all agreements deemed necessary for the payment of fees to said attorney.
