I am glad that Mrs. Thomas is publishing her book, George Washington Lincoln, containing stories of world friendship.

Her wide acquaintance with foreign countries both by travel and through years of contact with foreign students is an assurance both of freshness and accuracy in recounting the adventures of children in other lands.

I hope that her book will have the wide circulation it deserves.
