You are quite right about the international money. Mrs Taussig does send it each month. I am a little worried about the requests for renewal at the end of the year. Does the Washington office send them out or does the Geneva office? I hope to come to Washington some day and go over all that international material. [page 2]
I do hope that Emily Balch will consent to the plan -- she ought to be back the end of Aug. or early in Sept. if she carries out her plan.
It is very delightful up here, I hope that Washington isn't too warm and that in any event you will be out of it part of the time. Hastily but affectionately yours
