We are sending you under separate cover, twenty copies of our first Primer, and two or three of our second publication on Public Ownership. I cannot tell you what ↑an↓ encouragement it is to me that you should think well of it.

We should be very glad to sell them, if we could, in small quantities, at five cents a piece, but if we could work up the distribution, we could, of course, sell them for very much less.
