Biographical Text

Wallace Beatty was a Irish physician, born in Canada, who worked at the Adelaide Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. He was also a member of the editorial staff for the British Journal of Dermatology and Syphilis, a member of the Dublin Biological Club, and an honorary professor of dermatology at Trinity College, Dublin.

Beatty married Frances Eleanor Edge in 1888. They had five sons together. Beatty died in 1923.
