Mrs. [Arnold] Schlaet
Saugatuck, Conn.
My dear Mrs. Schlaet:
Miss Jane Addams, the International President of the Women's International League has asked me to send you some of our literature and a few of the late Bulletins.
She has written me that you might be interested in starting a Connecticut Branch of the W.I.L. I am, therefore, sending you copies also of our constitution and by-laws and shall be very glad to write you more fully of the organization when I hear from you.
Faithfully yours,
[blank].
Dorothy Detzer
Executive Secretary.
