Biographical Text

Clara Elizabeth Laughlin was a writer, editor, and journalist who worked for The Interior in Chicago, and later Ladies Home Journal. Laughlin was also a radio broadcaster and journalist, in addition to being a print journalist. Later in life, she wrote thirty-five books, many of which were about traveling. In conjunction with writing about traveling, Laughlin also established her own travel service.

Laughlin died in 1941.
