ADDRESSES CITY CLUBS
Miss Jane Addams Pleads for Political Prisoners.

Miss Jane Addams, in an address yesterday before the City Club, made a plea for the release of political prisoners convicted during the war. She also recounted the conditions among the people of Europe who were in need of food and clothing, and asked for a resumption of trade with those countries.

Miss Addams declared that the non-participation of the United States in conferences abroad was preventing a solution of many vital world problems.
