Dearie
This is just this scrap of a note before I go to bed. I have had rather a stiff day but am feeling quite fine. The baby was too dear this afternoon with Polly and her father who I was to see here at Walton Place. I will write about him later, even Miss Christenson had no eyes or strength for any one else. [page 2] I am going to lunch with Mrs Hirsch next [Monday]. Alice Hamilton says that senile gangrene is a very slow process and very unlike the ordinary. I haven't heard directly about your aunt suppose as ever is the same.
Bless you dearest. Always yrs
