Mr. Cravath has called Mr. Keynes' book "perhaps the most important event since the Armistice." Mr. Miller charges that it has "completely misinterpreted the terms of the treaty." Mr. Young finds "... certain elements of strain, of exaggeration ... But for all that {it} is like nothing so much as a fresh breeze coming into a plain where poisonous gases are yet hanging."
