Upon my return from the East I find your letter of the 14th instant.

Enclosed find my check for $100.00 to the order of Hull House as my donation to your excellent institution for 1922.

I hope Miss Addams is getting, incidentally, much needed rest out of her European trip. In writing her please give her my affectionate regards.
