To whom it may concern:

This is to testify that Mr R W Teeter was the instructor of the Men's Department in the Hull-House Gymnasium for two years, that he was most able, and his work entirely satisfactory. He kept his large classes steadily at work and at the same time won their unbounded loyalty and enthusiasm. I shall be very glad to give any further details if they may be required.
