One of our young ladies who has just graduated from the University at Madison wishes me to write to you about her desire to do something in settlement work and that she may come to Hull House [page 2] for awhile to get some idea acquaintance with the work and find a place for which she may be fitted, should she meet wth your approval would you kindly let her <know> and perhaps give her some idea of the work a young graduate may do, not a personal letter, as I know what a busy life you have but through one of your helpers.
