Dr Noémi Stricker, member of the German branch of the W.I.L. (I do not know the lady) sends the [enclosed] appeal with the request to get your signature for it.
Will you, please let me know [whether] you permit them to add your signature, so that I may send my answer. As I do not know yet how long I am still to stay here (being in the hospital since 27. December) it is perhaps safer to direct your answer to Winnetka.
