Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
335 South Halsted St.,
Chicago, Ill.

My dear Miss Addams:

I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your favor of the 31st ultimo, and note that you have substituted for "Labor Exchange" the title "The Immigrant Finding Work", which I think is an admirable change.

As far as my own paper is concerned, I would suggest that its title be "Relieving Congestion in Seaboard Cities" because the work of the Industrial Removal Office has been confined to that alone. My paper will not exceed the time allotted.

Yours sincerely,
General Manager.
