Will you kindly send to the undersigned a copy of your regulations regarding the placarding of homes and tenements where there is contagious or infectious disease.

We are especially <concerned> in the matter of the enforcement of your regulations in this particular, and will be grateful for a statement of your general policy of enforcement as well as the letter of the law.

Do you allow some latitude and discretion to your physicians in this regard, or <are> the regulations rigidly enforced?
