Mr Gaston, of the Minneapolis Star, has just written that he wants material for a publicity campaign for European Relief. We have sent him some material on the Russian situation, and referred him to the October 2nd Survey Supplement, and have told him that we would write you to send him material on Germany and Austria conditions.
