33 West 42ND STREET
NEW YORK CITY

April 28th, 1920

Dear Miss Addams:

I return the envelope with such corrections as I can make. Mrs. Randall’s address is as it was given me by Mrs. Allinson. I wrote her when the mail was returned and also wrote Mrs. Lloyd, but have received no better address as yet. Mrs. Garrison is evidently Mrs. Ed. Yeomans. ↑Unfortunately↓ that was written by Mrs. Allinson; not typewritten.

I enclose an additional list. Our membership now stands at 455, and they are coming in every day five or six each day. If they keep ↑up↓ this organization work we will grow apace. I am still in the office and will be for two or three days longer. Then I have to go; I hope by that time it will all be settled about the Washington office.

I have not seen Mrs. Spencer long enough to hear very much about the Chicago meeting but she seemed very enthusiastic. I think it will be great to have Mrs. Leach as Chairman (if she will only accept) and Miss Rankin and Mrs. Thomas as Executive Sec'ys. We are to meet at Mrs. Leach’s Saturday morning and talk over the plans.

Hastily,

Eleanor Daggett Karsten [signed]

↑Please don't bother to return the lists. I have copies of them.↓
